What is jeeravan masala?
Jeeravan is a tangy, spicy masala from Indore, made with dry mango, chilli, cumin, coriander and warm spices. It is the finishing sprinkle on Indori poha, and it also goes on sev and snacks.
Add it at the end rather than cooking it in, so the aroma stays sharp. Sunder makes two versions: Jeeravan (Poha Masala) and Shahi Jeeravan.
