madebysunder.com and sundermasala.com are run by Sunder Spices Private Limited ("Sunder", "we"), Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
Details you type into our forms: name, phone, email, city, business name, GSTIN and your message. Your email and name if you subscribe to Sunder Chitthi. Basic device and usage data (browser, pages visited) through cookies and similar tools. Analytics and marketing cookies are on by default and you can turn them off. See the Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, evaluate trade and partnership requests, send the newsletter you asked for, improve the website, and meet legal obligations. We use your data only for the purpose you gave it for.
Consent
You give consent by ticking the box on a form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, email, forms, analytics and advertising (including Vercel, Resend, Google, StatCounter, Meta, X and LinkedIn), and with authorities when the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 3 years. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Records we must keep by law: as long as the law requires.
